Good and evil are not the same

"Good and evil are not the same. Repel (evil) with a better way, then all of a sudden people among you there was enmity between him and seems to have a very loyal friend. Good traits but was not awarded to people who are patient, and also not given it to people who have great luck." (Surah Fushshilat [41]: 34-35)
